* An authorized employee places both correctly assigned keys in this permanent-lock vault key control envelope

* The customer receiving the safe deposit box must sign the receipt on the permanent-lock envelope to receive keys

* Customer then cuts open the key-control envelope and uses a Snap-Lock Key Envelope (above) with a re-closeable lock supplied by vault attendant
